Hi There!

My name is Kelly and on most days I can be found wearing a hat on my head and a baby on my hip. All my houseplants have names and we drink a little too much coffee around here. I am a seeker of sunshine, and believe in finding the good in every day!

I am married to my high school sweetheart and hold the honor of being a Mama to two sweet ruby- red headed babes. We are relatively crunchy (with a side of pizza) and practice attachment and positive parenting.

On a more serious note, I am a postpartum psychosis and anxiety survivor. I am striving to be the voice I needed to hear when I was in the thick of it.

I believe that happy and healthy caregivers = happy and healthy families. It is my personal mission to bring some sunshine to your day!
